Absolutely, we understand these things can happen. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of obvious wear. Unfortunately we cannot return sale items or do direct exchanges. However, check on our returns policy in full here or email us at hello@meshki.com.au.
Accidentally put down the wrong address? Or ordered the wrong size? Our packing team processes and packs orders at lightning speed (to ensure your new favourite dress arrives in time for your event) so once an order is placed we can’t change details. However, we will do whatever we can to help so email us at hello@meshki.com.au or DM us on social media and we’ll see what we can do.

The M-List is a loyalty program available to all customers world-wide. You will need to create an account and provide us with your email address (accounts need to be linked to an email address) which is where you will receive information about your status and rewards. The benefits of the M-List will only be available to you only on the MESHKI website which you have an account. I.e. If you are a United States customer are shop on www.meshki.us you will not be able to claim your rewards on www.meshki.com.au or www.meshki.co.uk
Joining the M-List is simple. You can join by creating an account here. Joining is free and there are no fees to be a member. Although, to earn rewards, gifts, benefits and offers, you will need to make Eligible Purchases.
The benefits you receive with be dependent on the M-List Tier you are qualified for. The benefits offered in each tier may change from time to time. You can see the current rewards here.
Your tier on the M-List program is set out by spend levels of products on the MESHKI website. You will need to spend the below amounts over any 365-day period to reach the tier: Bronze: $0-$300 Silver: $300-699 Gold: $700-1499 Platinum: $1500+ The value of products that are returned to MESHKI will be deducted from the spend on your account.
