We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

Start a return

At MESHKI, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept a return for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please note, Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy.

Please use the link HERE to process your return via our Returns Portal. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
  • The item has the returns ribbons still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
  • The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits, Swimwear and Undergarments)
  • Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available
  • Must be processed via our Returns Portal.

MESHKI reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by MESHKI.

Store Credit Returns

Store Credits are available for all full-priced and sale (excluding Final Sale) returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Store Credits are processed within 5 - 7 business days once the return has been received by our warehouse.
  • Store credits will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 12 months.
  • Store Credit Returns Shipping from the United States and Canada is covered by a flat fee of $16.99. This fee is deducted from the total returned value.
  • If you are returning from an alternate country, the shipping service and cost are to be completed via your local postal service. 
  • Please note, that any duties paid are based on your local government requirements and are not eligible for store credit.

Faulty Item Returns

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notified via lodging a return within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.

We are able to do this on the proviso that when lodging your return you select 'Arrived Defective', include a description of the fault, and upload an image. This will then be assessed by our customer service team and a free returns label will be provided. If the fault is noticed after wearing the item, please include this information when describing the fault in the portal.

Faulty Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days back to the original payment method once the return has been received by our warehouse.

Bridal Returns

Only selected styles from the Bridal Collection are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The eligible styles are clearly marked as such on their individual product page. In order for us to process your refund, kindly ensure that the garment remains unworn and is returned in its original MESHKI box, with the returns ribbon and hanger tag still intact.

Please note: any duties paid are based on your local government requirements and are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Final Sale

Styles marked ‘Final Sale’ are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to MESHKI will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
