Sometimes, it is not meant to be. If your latest order isn't quite working out, you can return it, no problem. Make sure it's in its original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear. Oops. Did you put in the wrong address? It happens. Our warehouse team processes and packs orders really quick (that means less time waiting on your end). It also means once your order is placed, we can't change details. Email (or DM) us if you need any help.
You have great taste. Some items fly off the (internet) shelves faster than others. No stress, we usually restock pieces within a few weeks of them selling out. Sign up to our database to get notified when it's back in stock. That'll give you some time to memorise your card details.
Once your order has been sent out on the road, we'll email you your tracking information. So instead of keeping your eye on the mailman, keep it on your inbox.
