ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Creative Content Manager at MESHKI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the brand’s visual identity. You will oversee all creative content shoots, from e-commerce to campaign, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with MESHKI’s brand values and aesthetic. This role requires a highly creative eye, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate the brand vision into compelling visual content that elevates MESHKI to new heights.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Support the Head of Creative to lead the creative direction for all content shoots, including e-commerce, campaign, social media, and special projects.
- Develop and execute innovative concepts that align with MESHKI’s brand vision and elevate the brand’s visual identity. Ensure all visual content is cohesive, on-brand, and resonates with the target audience.
- Oversee the entire content production process, from pre-production planning to post-production.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality content creation.
- Manage shoot schedules, locations, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, including content creators, producers, and social media team members
- Maintain and enforce MESHKI’s brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Continuously evolve and refine the brand’s visual identity to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to enhance the brand’s creative output.
- Incorporate industry trends into creative strategies to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure successful project execution.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven experience overseeing e-commerce and campaign shoots.
- Exceptional creative eye and strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual content.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of MESHKI’s brand values and aesthetic.
- Ability to think strategically and translate brand vision into compelling visual content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A great sense of personal style that resonates with the brand
- Ability to lead the stylist and content creators to achieve the desired brand visual and stylistic identity.
