ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Stylist at MESHKI, you will play a vital role in shaping the brand’s visual identity by curating and creating sophisticated, on-brand looks for all fashion shoots, campaigns, and events. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Content Manager and other team members to ensure that every outfit and accessory chosen aligns with MESHKI’s aesthetic and enhances the overall narrative of our collections. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of fashion trends, and the ability to translate the brand’s vision into compelling and visually stunning looks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Curate and style outfits for all MESHKI photoshoots, including e-commerce, campaign, and social media shoots. Ensuring each styled look aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and enhances the visual narrative.
- Collaborate with photographers, models, makeup artists, the Creative Content Manager and Head of Creative to create cohesive and compelling visual content.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and integrate them authentically into MESHKI’s styling.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify new styling opportunities and innovations.
- Manage and organise the wardrobe for all shoots, ensuring all items are properly prepared and maintained.
- Source and procure clothing and accessories as needed, maintaining a balance between brand offerings and supplemental pieces.
- Work closely with the Creative Content Manager to develop styling concepts for each shoot. Provide input and feedback on storyboards, shot lists, and mood boards to ensure styling is fully integrated into the creative vision.
- Style outfits for brand events, including product launches, press events, and promotional appearances.
- Provide on-site styling support at events to maintain a consistent and polished look.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure all styling elements are accurately captured and represented.
- Create engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, showcasing your styling process and behind-the-scenes insights.
- Continuously monitor product sell-through reports and adjust styling strategies to enhance product performance.
- Be proactive in reacting to what works and what doesn’t, ensuring that strategic adjustments are made to achieve optimal sell-through.
- Apply learnings from sell-through data to ensure all products have the best chance to sell successfully.
- Ensure that all styled looks and photography efforts are geared towards maximising product sales and engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ years of experience in fashion styling, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality, visually compelling styled looks.
- Deep understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of MESHKI’s brand values, aesthetics, and target demographic.
- Keen awareness of current and emerging fashion trends and the ability to integrate them into styling concepts.
- A sophisticated personal sense of style that aligns with MESHKI’s modern and elevated aesthetic.
- Experience and understanding of the US market and customer demands.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative styling ideas that elevate the brand’s visual identity.
