The waist is a little bit loose. But it can easily be fixed. Love the fabric love the design. I also bought the matching skirt but the best thing is I can dress this top up and down.

As someone who is a 36 DDD and wears a size 10-12 (31inch waist) in regular clothes, the size chart determined an XL should fit more than comfortably. When the set arrived, the skirt was perfect, maybe even an inch too large. The top was way off. I couldn't even get it around my ribs which is where I'm the smallest.
The quality is amazing and feels expensive so I have given it a 3-star rating off that alone. I'm just frustrated that I have to process a return and pay double the price to replace it as it was on sale at time of purchase.
