Happy Rated 5 out of 5 Review posted Beautiful skirt This skirt is so voluminous and smooth to touch. The waist runs bigger though so I will need to alter it closer to wedding day. My waist measures at 28 inches and got a M but I think a S would fit too. Also because of the volume, it is quite heavy and since it's a skirt you'll need it to fit perfectly against your waist to avoid sagging so keep that in mind. I purchased this to go with the Portia off shoulder corset top and it's such a beautiful combo. I am 5 foot 3 and the perfect heel height to wear with this dress is 3.5 inches (the bottom of the skirt still touches the floor but just perfectly so it doesn't scrunch too much). Loading...
