PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR

In order to continue to elevate our influencer marketing efforts, we are looking for a passionate, experienced and proactive PR/Influencer Coordinator to join our team who can best combine strong relationship building with creativity to increase brand love globally.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Influencer relationship management for brand awareness and content creation
  • Outreach to new influencers
  • Building/strengthening relationships with agencies and influencer managements
  • Assisting with vent coordination from ideation to execution
  • Assisting with celebrity style pulls and order fulfilment
  • Acting as part time stylist and building outfits for influencers/VIP

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PR/Influencer Marketing
  • A genuine love for MESHKI as a brand ( but seriously, if you haven’t shopped with us before, this role is not for you)
  • A bubbly, genuine and outgoing personality
  • Exceptional relationship building skills (you are the friend that has to say hi to a million people when you go out)
  • A natural charm and strong negotiation skills (you know how to make a deal happen)
  • Strong understanding of MESHKI’s branding and what constitutes GOOD content
  • Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok (if there was an Influencer Trivia, you'd win 100%! )
  • Experience with hosting/coordinating influencer events
  • A creative mind, able to think of ideas that haven’t been done before (for gifting, initiatives, events)
  • Expert at all things Google Suite
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and visually
  • Ability to think creatively about problems
  • Able to analyse and learn from data to improve performance
  • A strong dedication to setting goals and achieving/exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Passionate about women empowerment, diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry
  • A great sense of style that fits the MESHKI aesthetic

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Experience in working with publications
  • Experience with Influencer Marketing Software Platforms
  • Photoshop skills
  • Ability to recite Drake lyrics at any given moment

ADVERTISING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

In order to continue to make best in class, thumb-stopping creative that elevates the brand while communicating our message to our audience in the most meaningful way possible, we’re looking for a passionate, creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our amazing Creative Team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Conceptualising and creating social media content for IGS
  • Designing EDMs
  • Assisting with various website creative graphic content
  • Designing paid social media ads
  • Designing collection launch collateral
  • Working collaboratively with the wider marketing & product teams to execute projects on time and to brief

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and most preferably an ecom brand
  • Expert in all things Adobe!
  • Experience with creating paid social media ads
  • Advanced video editing skills
  • An elevated graphic design aesthetic
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • True love for the brand (seriously, if you haven’t heard or shopped with MESHKI, this is probably not the right role for you!)
  • A can-do and proactive attitude, ready to smash KPIs and targets
  • A collaborative and positive attitude, here to win as a team!

FASHION PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

In order to maintain the quality of our fits and garments, we are looking for an experienced Garment Technician/Production Coordinator/Assistant who is incredibly organised and enthusiastic to join our Design and Production team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Liaising with Off-shore factories regarding all stages of development and production
  • Supporting the Design and Production Manager and the design team throughout the process to ensure on time and high quality delivery of garments
  • Assisting Design and Production Manager with achieving margin targets while elevating and maintaining quality standards
  • Assisting Design and Production Manager with all aspects of QC management
  • Various admin and reporting tasks related to above

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in an e-com fashion brand
  • An in depth knowledge of Pattern making & Grading skills.
  • A strong ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
  • A strong ability to meet critical path deadlines & display excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to travel overseas when required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Impeccable organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be extremely beneficial
